The Timber Frame Company, Specialising in the supply and installation of timber frames for the construction industry, has its offices and manufacturing facility based in Wexford. From one off builds and housing developments through to prestige hotels we have continued to delight our customers for over a decade. We design, manufacture and install hundreds of Timber Frame homes each year.

The Timber Frame Company are proud to introduce our new Closed Panel Wall system.
This is an Off Site Manufactured Timber Frame Wall panel with Insulation and Electrical ducting, External Windows and Doors pre-installed in the factory. A vapor barrier is fixed in the factory to ensure air tightness. High Quality Plasterboard or Fibreboard is then screwed or stapled on to the wall in a factory environment.
The outside of the timber frame can be finished in the factory with battens and cementation board ready for render or on site with the traditional cavity / brick or block work with a render finish. In fact the system will work with a host of external finishes including Cedar cladding, Hardiplank and Novabrick.
Since the closed panel in made in a factory, the process eliminates other sub-contractors and the responsibility is clearly identified, this insures quality and a fast track product not possible with different trades and weather conditions.
Timber sizes and Insulation can be altered to achieve your desired U value.
The TTFC Closed Panel house, gives the client a product that within a couple of weeks obtains a wind and watertight house, that gives a high quality finish and details for air tightness that is much more easily achieved in a factory environment with the responsibility clearly identified to one contractor.
